Job Title: Finance and Accounting Sr. Analyst – Business Process Outsourcing Job Responsibilities: Perform system control of VAT and TAX program for business entities as per internal control system, Analyzes VAT and TAX transactions, understand and identify variances as per law, Analyzes transactions, understands and explains variances, and proactively identifies potential problems and solutions. Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements in the assignments and prepare/update SOP Proactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, draws from appropriate resources to identify options and solutions based on the relative cost benefit, and then implements solutions. Proactively adapts to a changing business environment and revises accounting processes and procedures accordingly. Reviews financial accounting and regulatory requirements as well as client accounting policies and procedures, and ensures compliance, Proactively communicate with the respective unit to resolve the issues. Education & Experience Requirements: Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, and finance with at least CMA Professional Level-2 /CA Knowledge level completed. Minimum 3years of professional experience in VAT and TAX with general accounting, A/P&AR working knowledge, Experience in Oracle ERP and Ms Excel Working experience with a multinational company or BPO/Shared Services with local and global reporting requirements, preferably in a public company environment (SOX) will be considered as added preference.  Additional Job Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent people and client management skills Should be good in MS-Excel SOX Certificate on Lean Six Sigma is preferable
