Job Title:
Finance and Accounting Sr. Analyst – Business Process Outsourcing
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform system control of VAT and TAX program for business entities as per internal control system,
  • Analyzes VAT and TAX transactions, understand and identify variances as per law,
  • Analyzes transactions, understands and explains variances, and proactively identifies potential problems and solutions.
  • Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements in the assignments and prepare/update SOP
  • Proactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, draws from appropriate resources to identify options and solutions based on the relative cost benefit, and then implements solutions.
  • Proactively adapts to a changing business environment and revises accounting processes and procedures accordingly.
  • Reviews financial accounting and regulatory requirements as well as client accounting policies and procedures, and ensures compliance,
  • Proactively communicate with the respective unit to resolve the issues.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, and finance with at least CMA Professional Level-2 /CA Knowledge level completed.
  • Minimum 3years of professional experience in VAT and TAX with general accounting, A/P&AR working knowledge,
  • Experience in Oracle ERP and Ms Excel
  • Working experience with a multinational company or BPO/Shared Services with local and global reporting requirements, preferably in a public company environment (SOX) will be considered as added preference.
 Additional Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent people and client management skills
  • Should be good in MS-Excel
  • SOX
  • Certificate on Lean Six Sigma is preferable
