As a leading IT Company of Bangladesh focused on Enterprise Data warehousing solutions we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working in an agile and iterative environment to fill in the following position:
Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - Project Management & Process Improvement
Job Description/ Responsibility:
  -
Assist functions in business critical process identification and dive to documentation of these processes
  -
Process/Policy designing & reengineering as per voice of business & voice of customer.
  - Facilitating different function to design SOPs & check sheets and incorporate these in process documents.
  - Ensure compliance of signed-off processes through regular monitoring of critical processes CTQs.
  - Work closely with cross-functional project team to accomplish the project objective.
  - Assist Line Manager to conduct internal QMS Audit.
  - Assist Line Manager to conduct Market Survey.
  - Preparing & maintaining different project & policy related dashboard.
  - Regularly report to Line Manager on different operational issues.
 
Job Nature:
  - Full-time.
 
Educational Requirements:
  - Graduation from a reputed university.
 
Experience Requirements:
  - 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences
  - Expert with ISO/QMS/Project Management be preferred
 
Additional Job Requirements:
  - Experience in implementing process improvements/ optimization/ reengineering in companies or other complex environments.
  - Knowledge on Six Sigma & Project Management is preferred.
  - Must have good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook/ Outlook Express.
  - Need to be smart, energetic, patient and confident to take up challenges.
  - Excellent communication skill and analytical ability
  - Should be capable to work in a team.
