Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - Project Management & Process Improvement Job Description/ Responsibility:   - Assist functions in business critical process identification and dive to documentation of these processes   - Process/Policy designing & reengineering as per voice of business & voice of customer.   - Facilitating different function to design SOPs & check sheets and incorporate these in process documents.   - Ensure compliance of signed-off processes through regular monitoring of critical processes CTQs.   - Work closely with cross-functional project team to accomplish the project objective.   - Assist Line Manager to conduct internal QMS Audit.   - Assist Line Manager to conduct Market Survey.   - Preparing & maintaining different project & policy related dashboard.   - Regularly report to Line Manager on different operational issues.   Job Nature:   - Full-time.   Educational Requirements:   - Graduation from a reputed university.   Experience Requirements:   - 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences   - Expert with ISO/QMS/Project Management be preferred   Additional Job Requirements:   - Experience in implementing process improvements/ optimization/ reengineering in companies or other complex environments.   - Knowledge on Six Sigma & Project Management is preferred.   - Must have good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook/ Outlook Express.   - Need to be smart, energetic, patient and confident to take up challenges.   - Excellent communication skill and analytical ability   - Should be capable to work in a team.   Salary Range:   - Competitive salary package will be offered to deserving candidate.     Other Benefits: In addition to salary we offer attractive benefits such as:   - Medical Benefits -100% reimbursement for self & family.   - Provident Fund.   - Gratuity.   - Festival Bonuses.   - Leave Fare Assistance.
