Required Qualifications
An MBA/MA in Communication, Social Science, Journalism or other relevant field from a reputed university.
Must have 2/3 years of experience in the field of Advertising/ Brand     communications or working in an Development organizations
Excellent knowledge of marking and brand communication
Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
Must be a Team player, flexibility required
Computer proficiency is a must (MS OFFICE)
Excellent writing skills in English

Job Requirement
Ability to develop excellent relationship with clients
Business development through expansion of client and build relationship with     existing client.
Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Bangla and English
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-tusk and effectively prioritize multiple project and tasks
Ability to provide excellent analytical presentations.
Excellent ability to write proposals in English.
Need to have broader understanding of social research and research methods.
Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business.
