Job opportunity at Summit Communications Limited Summit Communications limited (a concern of Summit group) operating its operation with three telecommunication licenses (NTTN, IIG & ITC). Currently it has developed State-of-the-Art optical fiber transmission network all around the country and continuously expanding its network by using NTTN license. It is also providing International Internet Gateway (IIG) and International Terrestrial Cable (ITC) services to the all ANS operators of the country. Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager Department: Finance Job Description/Responsibility: Executive different fund raising process and provide supportive financial material required by the specific fund raising mode. Help finance department with treasury management and take necessary steps to mitigate funding gap, recommend on budget allocation for upcoming projects. Design and implement budget, financial planning process for our growing platform. Proposal preparation and assist in the preparation of department financial budgets and operating plans. Conduct financial research, analyze financial performance against set objectives, and determine emerging financial trends of the market. Support, prepare and execute customized financial presentation on behalf of management. Create, distribute and track financial models and business plans consumed by management and different external parties. Evaluate and make recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs. Support the department heads and Top Management in department-level, business – level and service – level financial control. Requirements: MBA/BBA in Finance from reputed government/private universities. 7+ years related experience. Knowledge on Initial Public Offering (IPO) process and Capital Raising Rules & Regulations will be preferred.
