Job Description:
  • To be fully oriented with the hospitals' philosophy, goal, rules & regulations.
  • To inspire, counsel, convince & provide information to patients regarding all kinds of facilities like package, procedure, charges and consultants provided by the organization.
  • To handle the complaints of the customers and troubleshoot any untoward incidents occurring in the hospital.
  • To organize Medical Board Meeting, handle death cases including 'brought in deads' & ensure ambulance services when required. 
  • To maintain mortuary records and submit the report to concern authority.
  • To attend to any VIP/VVIP patients or their visitors, to ensure that they are well looked after.
  • To perform any other duty assigned by the superiors from time to time.
Job Location : Dhaka
Job Nature : Full time
Education : Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
Experience : Minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant field.
Salary : Negotiable
Other Benefit : As per company policy
