Job Description:
- To be fully oriented with the hospitals' philosophy, goal, rules & regulations.
- To inspire, counsel, convince & provide
information to patients regarding all kinds of facilities like package,
procedure, charges and consultants provided by the organization.
- To handle the complaints of the customers and troubleshoot any untoward incidents occurring in the hospital.
- To organize Medical Board Meeting, handle death cases
including 'brought in deads' & ensure ambulance services when
required.
- To maintain mortuary records and submit the report to concern authority.
- To attend to any VIP/VVIP patients or their visitors, to ensure that they are well looked after.
- To perform any other duty assigned by the superiors from time to time.
