A renowned Petrochemical company is looking  for interested and qualified candidates for the following positions full time basis at the factory site in Rupganj, Narayanganj . Quality Assurance Manager Job Nature: Full-time at the factory site in Rupganj, Narayanganj Educational Requirements: B.Sc Engineering in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Science Job Specifications: 3-5 years of experience in related field (TQM (Total Quality Management), SPC (Statistical Process Control), ISO 9001). Experience in Plastic Recycling or Injection Molding or Synthetic Fiber (PoY, PSF, DTY, FDY) manufacturing process. PC competency (including MS Word and MS Excel). Good English reading & writing skills Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Experienced in using Laboratory measurement tools and devices related to quality checking. Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and implementing quality assurance standards and quality control for the Factory. Taking samples periodically from different stages of production and perform quality tests. Checking for specific quality control parameter (i.e viscosity, color) Develop, implement, and coordinate quality training programs for all factory personnel. Coordinate company communications between all factory facilities regarding quality related issues. Take samples from production different stages in timely bases for quality and specifications testing in the factory laboratory. Resolve quality problems as needed with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnel. Review quality assurance standards, existing policies & procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of the factory quality programs. Write procedures, improve and monitor inspection processes, install statistical sampling processes and issue corrective action reports Comply with company policies and procedures.
