The Asia Foundation-Consultant/ Firm - Endline Evaluation

The Asia Foundation Application to conduct an end-of-project evaluation The Asia Foundation seeks applicants with proven qualifications and experience during the past five years to conduct an end-of-project evaluation to test the theory of change and determine the effectiveness of a program to reduce violence against women (VAW) through religious leaders (RLs) in Rangpur. The evaluation will consist of three components: a) designing and implementing an endline quantitative survey, and b) analyzing and comparing the results of the baseline and endline quantitative surveys; designing and implementing qualitative research, including key informant interviews, group discussions, and in-depth case studies; and integrating and synthesizing into one report findings and analysis from both the quantitative and qualitative components.  Please send your technical applications, including samples of past work of similar design, and budget to The Asia Foundation, Bangladesh by January 15, 2015.
