Application to conduct an end-of-project evaluation
The Asia Foundation seeks applicants with proven qualifications and experience during the past five years to conduct an end-of-project evaluation to test the theory of change and determine the effectiveness of a program to reduce violence against women (VAW) through religious leaders (RLs) in Rangpur. The evaluation will consist of three components:
  1. a) designing and implementing an endline quantitative survey, and b) analyzing and comparing the results of the baseline and endline quantitative surveys;
  2. designing and implementing qualitative research, including key informant interviews, group discussions, and in-depth case studies; and
  3. integrating and synthesizing into one report findings and analysis from both the quantitative and qualitative components.
